The holidays are such a fun time read beauty blogs! Every line has something yummy tempting out and everyone has amaaaahzing tips on glamming it up for parties. There is a glam look and lovely beauty item out there for everyone, from over the top glamazon to a wee bit of sparkle. Enjoy!

Loving the cat eye look - its a perfect evening look without being over the top....unless you want it to be! Beauty Editor has gathered some stunning cat eye looks. I've chosen my fave....what's yours?

What could be more perfect for a holiday perfume than one that smells light...sparkly...bubbly...and like, wait for it....Champagne! Best Things In Beauty has me thinking this could be my party perfume!

All the shopping, baking and party-going can wreak havoc on our skin, so lets thank Janine at Beautygeeks for giving us these tips on How To Not Look Tired. I've bookmarked this page for some shopping later today....

I've been raving all week over the Holiday 2011 collection from Dolce & Gabbana over on The Beauty Look Book. Could you just DIE? I want it all. That purple! Swooning...

Cold weather & holiday prep wreaks havoc on our delicate hands. The Non Blonde has me wanting the latest lovely hand cream from L'Occitane. I adore the Shea Butter & this one sounds holiday perfect!

Beauty Blog Round Up Reading

Love this ad...not sure why but it says "Fall" to me...
Here is some of my fave beauty blog reading of the week. Enjoy!

Eyebrows are so hot right now, but they are also a feature that a good chunk of the population gets wrong. BeautyEditor has a fantastic Eyebrow 101 we should all read...

Beautygeeks shows us some eyeliner magic that can take you from sleepy to sultry in a few seconds. I love this trick, and more women should try it.

Hey ladies, guess what? Jo Malone is back. After selling her signature line to Estée Lauder Jo is back in business with Jo Loves, and Best Things in Beauty has me wanting to try them all! Especially the Gardenia....

The Beauty Look Book has me seriously tempted by an uber luxe skincare line, Koh Gen Do, especially the heavenly sounding Royal Milk.

Last week the beauty world lost an incredible woman with the passing of Evelyn Lauder. The creator of Clinique set the bar for Breast Cancer Research fundraising through cosmetic sales. Thank you for your lovely tribute, Diva Debbi. RIP Evelyn.

The Non Blonde found the most gorgeous and elegant evening bags that are so pretty, they are like little works of art. They would stand out beautifully with the LBD....

The beautiful & wise Victoria at EauMg reviews what I think is one of the loveliest grown up vanilla incense perfumes I've tried....

And, in spite of Dane's review of Chanel Jersey over at Pere de Pierre, I still want it.

Beauty School Dropouts does a hand painted rose manicure on a nude nail that is so. Perfect. For. Fall.

Beautiful Beauty Blog Round Up

To my round up ladies- thanks xo

Well its been meltingly hot or had skies that were crackling thunder and lightning storms, depending on where you are. I know a lot of you don't like the extreme heat, but for me, scraping ice of my windshield & washing salt off my boots is still a vivid memory. It gets hot, I've got the roof down an am driving. I am in no rush to get back to fall but admit I do love all the luscious fall collections coming out. We are in the height of summer's beauty and I plan to enjoy this weekend (it's a long one in Canada) probably on a dock with a nice cool glass of Chardonnay. Have a lovely weekend all...
